He had spent his life yearning for a Blade-like love. A love that conquered all, unwavering, constant, written in the bold strokes of fantasy. “Inappropriate?” Techno finishes, and there’s a wildness in his smile now, a recklessness. “I took a baseball bat to appropriate three years ago when I realized the only person who makes me feel like a person instead of a portfolio is the one person I’m not allowed to have.”
The word have is a detonation. Dream’s knees weaken. He braces a hand against the wall, fingers splayed on the cool plaster.
“Stop.” It’s barely a whisper.
“I can’t.” Techno is closer now. Somehow. Dream doesn’t remember him moving.
Or: Secretary Dream keeps his billionaire CEO running on schedule and oat-milk lattes, but when the rhythm of late-night puzzles and ten-foot silences starts to feel like love, the job description begins to cost more than he budgeted for.

“As I was saying,” the advisor cleared his throat again and it was becoming all the more obvious that he was nervous about bringing up whatever was on his mind. “The Empire has moved on from the sudden death of the late king and queen, so we thought it was about time you brought a new era of prosperity to your people by choosing a partner to rule by your side.”
That finally got Technoblade to sit up, his expression involuntarily hardening into a scowl as the advisor quickly took his seat again.
“The Arctic Empire is in no need of a royal wedding.”

George laughs, his throat closing up around the sound. “Since when did I listen to you?”
Or, George books a spur-of-the-moment ticket to Florida in April 2022. What goes up must come down.

Summary
Dream started to walk back towards his own apartment, the further he went, the less ‘rich’ everything looked. From pristine new buildings came the old familiar brick walls. Some windows in peoples homes were broken, even using duct tape to cover it. Weeds stuck out along the cracked sidewalks. Graffiti was plastered almost everywhere, lamp posts on the streets were not working yet again, and a bloodied kid who looked about near death in an alleyway. Yep, normal things in the West End.
…Wait.
Whipping his head back and taking a few steps backward, Dream had to give a second take if he actually saw that. The answer was yes, it was a kid bleeding out in the alleyway. When Dream went closer, he found out it wasn’t just any kid but one of the members from the Syndicate, the villains. He had blonde hair, a red mask covering his eyes, and a red and white hoodie which was covered in blood near the stomach area.
“Fuck.”

Dream is a vigilante who helps civilians get away from the crossfire between the heroes and villains. He has the most powerful ability of psychokinesis but hides it. What happens when he saves an infamous villain as his civilian self? Can he keep his cover hidden?

“Look at you, jumping to conclusions…” the blonde said as he raised both eyebrows, “You know…? I would love to see what would happen if you got angry…” Dream took another step back, only provoking the taller further by doing the exact contrary of what Techno wanted him to do.
George was able to witness the change of emotions in the face of the pink haired man. And he shivered the moment he noticed just how much annoyance that man was able to put into his eyes. Immediately he felt a bit sorry for Dream, knowing that the blonde had to await a punishment for his actions.
George, a newcomer in the porn industry has decided to start participating in films that are a bit more... let us say... spicy? What a shame that, in order to get some practical knowledge, he has to watch the two top tiers of that category perform. He has no idea that what he is about to watch is a performance that he would never be able to forget...

“Have you ever seen the sky, Sapnap?” he asks, running his fingers along the edge of one screen. Underneath them, the server hums, and it almost feels like his palms tingle.
George stays quiet. Eventually, Sapnap has to admit, “...No. Never. Not—not outside of vids and shit.”
“Yeah,” Dream breathes, staring hungrily at the map showing him where the compound opens up to air and nothing else. He knew that the Empire was rich, but it isn’t until now that he realizes how rich. “Me neither. When am I ever going to get a chance like this again?”
Wilbur hires the Dream Team to kill the one thing standing in his way: the rulers of the Antarctic Empire, the oldest conglomerate in the city. This has consequences none of them could imagine.

“They’re not paying me anything.”
Punz almost never did anything without the promise of monetary rewards.
“Money is irrelevant right now. I’m not being rewarded or penalized regardless of what happens.” Punz’s voice was collected, and cold in the emotionless drawl Dream had long gotten used to. The mercenary wasn’t someone to wear his heart on his sleeves, and even at the height of their partnership, Dream had rarely known what the other was thinking.
The crease of his brow was wrinkled slightly, but there was almost nothing readable. An impenetrable wall that Dream himself could not crack. That he couldn’t read. Dream had never been able to hold the same emotionless resolve, he’d needed a physical mask for that.
Maybe Punz had always been colder than him.
Maybe the mercenary had achieved what Dream had long since failed to. No attachments, no cares. Nothing.
Or, the au where Punz genuinely betrayed Dream in the attachment room and they're both left to pick up the pieces of Pandora's Vault.

Summary

He runs a downtown witch shop named ‘True Witch’ with his close friend Sapnap and loves every second of it, but something is still missing. After reuniting with a Dream who has no memories of their past life together, George has to find a way to push himself back into Dream’s life without losing everything a second time.
Or, George is a witch in both lives, and a good one at that.

Summary
Dream’s been on the run for 2 years when he finally finds directions to a small revolution where he might be free. Unfortunately for him, the past refuses to let him go. His friends, under the orders of the King, are tasked with bringing him back to “safety.” All George and Sapnap want to do is save their friend, all Bad wants to do is escape his contract, and all Dream wants to do is escape.
In a way, it’s a Minecraft!Manhunt, except it’s a fantasy au and early DreamSMP mashed together, with a Dream that’s not quite human, but not quite anything else.
Please read the tags, this gets pretty heavy at times. Enjoy!
UPDATE: Work is abandoned, with a summary of the entire story in the last chapter, soon to be orphaned.
