The only problem is both have secrets that they must keep from one another. Killua hiding his and his sister's dark past and Gon hiding who he really is. However, they will learn that they are infinitely stronger together than apart as they find themselves entangled in a dark plot they did not foresee.

Prince Gon Freecss and his reluctant bodyguard, Killua Zoldyck, embark on a fake relationship to save them from predatory fae advances as they travel into the realm of Aiai. Gon has no idea Killua is only pretending to be human and is actually on the run from his fae family. Neither of them understand why Gon (who, despite being gifted, is definitely human) develops a mysterious knack for fae magic along the way. A group of magically talented murderers are travelling in the same direction and will kill them on sight. Even if Killua and Gon survive Aiai, they must eventually part, so falling in love is out of the question. Or so they both say, at the start.
Slow burn. Unconfessed love. Jealousy and possessiveness. Deepening friendship and desire.

Gon is a prince of a small kingdom, destined to take over one day. Although his parents’ passed away when he was young, he isn’t crowned just yet.The Royal Council watch over the kingdom while Gon undergoes his training and lessons to become King. All the while, he is under instructions to get closer to his appointed Royal Knights.
Killua is from a family of assassins. The Zoldycks get an anonymous job to kill the prince and Silva sends Killua.

Upon arriving at Person A’s place, Person B says they’re going to freshen up/get themselves ready/whatever.
