She huffed, "You know, you were so worried about how everything was going to go down, but look at you, already getting gifts and word hasn't been out for a quartex yet."
"We both know, the crew learning about our little secret wasn't what I was worried about."
Blue optics flashed, her smaller frame slinking towards where he sat in her casual walk. Elita's servo gripped his arm, before leaning her helm onto his shoulder in support. Her touch practically burning his platting with warmth.
"Since when were you the worrier between us?" she smirked.
"Someone has to be," he mumbled.
Gentle yet rough servos cradled his faceplate, "You have an army and they are as every bit committed to you as you are to them. You can trust them to share the burden. Trust them to protect our gift."
Her derma on his was soft, warm, and electric....
...But Optimus woke up in his quarters. Cold besides for the heat of his working forge, it's steady pulses counting down until the arrival of his newspark.

Three Sentence Ficathon prompt - any, any, asking for permission
Deadlock's not a fan of rut, just, generally speaking. It's itchy, it's annoying, that much charge buildup hurts if you don't deal with it, and the usual accepted 'fun' way to deal with it is to do the normal thing and go shove your spike in anyone happy to hold still long enough, usually across as wide a range of mechs as possible. Not his thing.
Ratchet, though. Ratchet is definitely more his speed.

Summary
As a result of glitched code, and a now-ex partner shoving him down a dark hole, Grian ends up on the Hermitcraft server. But he doesn't arrive at spawn. Instead, he finds himself far away from other players, slowly leaning more and more into his instincts until he's more or less feral.
And it's then that a hermit finds him.
Grian is torn between his new-found independence and listening to his avian and omegan instincts to be around others.

Optimus Prime had not spoken since the last of the Autobot and Decepticon forces had been overtaken by the monstrous, alienated creatures he would come to refer to as their captors. Not since he and Megatron, the last living beings of the Cybertronian race, were taken deep into the catacombs of a planet lightyears from Earth to endure the rest of their lives as prisoners.
Optimus Prime had not spoken since the first time he’d been taken to the experimentation ward. Not to anyone, but Megatron.
That was before now.
They hadn’t expected to escape the catacombs. Nor had they expected the arrival of their harshest punishment yet: to learn to live with it.
