Ford stops in the living room, and by now the concern is spiking a little higher.
It’s like Stan has just vanished, like the moment he was out of sight he was just gone. It’s been over an hour since-
Ford sucks in a sharp breath.

Summary
Five instances where Ford spreads his wings in the multiverse that he will surely remember fondly. Everyone loves the freedom that a vague, murkily-defined relationship gives them; Ford is more than happy to focus on himself if Bill isn't willing to put a label on things.

Summary
Triangulation (n.):
A phenomenon in psychology wherein an individual manipulates a third party into an existing conflict, intensifying tension and maintaining control by deflecting responsibility. After their tumultuous falling out, Ford drowns himself in industrial-strength coffee and spirals toward sleep-deprivation induced psychosis in a desperate attempt to escape his mistakes. Meanwhile, Bill’s inability to accept Ford’s rejection is wreaking havoc on his other responsibilities. As their behaviour becomes increasingly unhinged, a third party is unwittingly drawn into their dynamic, forcing all three of them to face their demons.

He was so starved for contact that even these small gestures swallowed all his attention. He hated it. Hated that he was enjoying the soft touch of his mortal enemy. He hated it so much that he didn’t want it to end, because when it did he would have to reckon with it.

Summary
The man looking at him from the other side of the railing is a grizzled old fisherman. Silver curls escape the confines of a red beanie; a long brown coat ripples in the wind.
“Fuck off,” Stanley snaps. His body begins to shake, the drop dizzyingly far below him, a siren’s song.
“Don’t jump, kid.” The man says instead.

*****************
Ford finds the recordings by accident.
He blinks at them, confused by their sheer number and the dates he can see in the file descriptions. Apparently these are recordings that start the day he went into the portal and end about two weeks after. There are so many, it’s kind of ridiculous and Ford immediately sets out to delete all of them because, Dear Multidimensional Gods, these recordings must be responsible for all the lagging he’s been experiencing ever since he started working on the computers. How did Stanley even work like this? Why didn’t he already delete them or put them on an external disc?
“Because Stanley doesn’t know about them,” Ford says out loud, his finger pausing over the delete button.
He suddenly remembers what this is.
********
Stanley told them about the years after the portal incident. There is a good reason he didn't go into detail about the immediate aftermath.Too bad Ford finds out anyway.

Summary
This is all so disconcerting that Bill Cipher--scourge of realms, destroyer of worlds, a monster and a demon and a being of pure, evil chaos--actually blurts out the first thing that comes to mind, which is the truth, or at least part of it.
"Your stupid uncle DUMPED ME!!!!" he wails, glowing red with miserable rage.

Stan didn't know his brother anymore– which was one of the reasons he was excited to go sailing together. Some days were rocky, sure, but most days Stan was still able to see the boy he grew up with in the ways Ford would blabber on about some anomaly or another, or the way he'd get to engrossed in a book and forget to eat.
But then there were days like this one, where Stan logically knew that the man on his ship was his brother, but had no idea who was piloting his body or how to deal with them.(A Feral!Ford oneshot because I love this silly fella and his kitty cat behavior)

Summary
After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!

Summary
The Duchess Approves is terrible. He wants to bleach every brick of his body just to purify himself of this three hour experience. He wants to pluck out his eyeball and treat it to a ten-day spa as reparations. He demands a sequel from the Axolotl during their next therapy session.
The Axolotl tilts their head. “There's no sequel. Only one movie has ever been made.”
Bill glowers. “But what happens after?”
“Production went into debt after casting big name Grampton St. Rumpterfrabble,” the Axolotl answers sadly. “Rumor has it he charges fifty thousand per letter.”
“Wonderful,” Bill drawls. “Real useful information. So what am I supposed to do now, doc?”
The Axolotl’s eyes gleam suspiciously. “I suppose there’s always fanfiction.”
Or: Bill hates a certain fanfic author almost as much as he hates the man who killed him. Crazy, wouldn't it be, if the two were the same person.

Summary
The kids fall through the portal, and Stanley chases after them. He will not lose them the way he lost his brother.
Refusing to repeat the mistake of 30 years ago, the family becomes stranded in the multiverse, stuck without a clear path home. Stan's got his brother back, at least, but Stanford isn't the same as Stan remembers. Looks the same, sure, talks the same, absolutely - but he's got a 'professional working relationship' with Bill Cipher that Stan'd really rather not interrogate, and seems to have changed his whole vibe from Virgin Loser, to Space Cowboy Wizard; Which isn't all that different, now that Stan thinks about it.
Stan and Ford must now find a way to kill Bill, get the family back to Earth, and try to keep the ghosts of their past from tearing them apart. Again. Same boat, different planks, and neither one can deal with their own reflection in the water.
Well, whatever. They can handle this.
