Dream sat up, wincing as he took his leg that was twisted backward from the knee down into his hands. God, he shouldn't have waited this long. He gripped his calf and twisted his leg right again in one sharp motion. The feeling of his bone snapping back into place sent a sharp pain up his leg that made him see stars for a moment, he felt light headed and his hunger really wasn't helping.
"What the fuck!" The man started backing away but it was too late for him. Dream was up and on him in a matter of seconds, fangs drawn and planted in the man's neck.

He was a hermit for the day, not feeling up to accepting shallow 'happy birthdays' from coworkers who only said it because it was the polite thing to do. And maybe he was discrediting his co-workers who he also considered friends but he had felt weird all day, his mood from this morning following him all the way to work. It hung over him like a dark gloomy cloud, downpours of precipitation falling onto his shoulders anytime he had a moment alone.

"Let me finish this email at least? Please?" He begged Sapnap who gave him a deadpan look. "If I leave it now I'll have to start from the beginning and you know I'll just skim the whole thing and miss details then, come on."
