Summary
Sonic narrowly manages to restore his multiverse back to normal after his and Mega Man's worlds collided. Returned to his home and armed with a fierce determination, Sonic vows to get the Freedom Fighters back together and end the war with Eggman once and for all.
A return to the original, pre-super genesis wave continuity with an emphasis on concluding unfinished plot threads and character arcs.

The World's Collide story ends differently and the original timeline is restored.
A conclusion to Sonic's mission to rescue the roboticized Sally and turn her back to normal.
A follow up to Hope Kintobor and Shadow in the wake of Hope rejecting Snively's offer of alliance.
Elias and the Secret Freedom Fighters' final battle with Ixis Naugus.
Knuckles and the Chaotix set out to rescue the echidnas of Albion, Saffron, and Julie-Su.
Hope Kintobor is asked by Sally Acorn to take part in a secret project.
After she is asked out on a date, Nicole rushes to Sally for advice on what to do. (Short story.)

Summary
Have you ever wondered what Zoom (2006) would have been like if they released it as a darker kind of superhero drama/comedy, as planned? Probably not, but I have. It may seem strange to rewrite (or at least develop) a kids movie released way back in 2006 when Tim Allen and Courteney Cox were still remotely relevant and fresh off their sitcom days, but I personally think that this movie could have been something great. This is not to say that I could make it something great, but I've decided to try my best.
This fanfiction will focus on underdeveloped characters, pursuing the neglected romantic subplot between Jack and Marsha, introducing plausible backstories, and unpacking the trauma and darker side of Jack's experience on the Zenith Team. If you've got an open mind and a sense of childhood melancholy for such movies, I hope you'll enjoy what I've come up with.

“What did you call him?” Diego asked just to be sure.
Five rolled his eyes. He really looked thirteen when he did that, and Diego felt like he was being hit solidly in the chest with a wave of nostalgia. God, he was just a kid. An asshole to be sure, but who wasn’t in this house? It was practically a requirement to be a Hargreeves.
“Mr. Pennycrumb.” Five said like Diego was an idiot. It was how he usually spoke to Diego. He had such a loving brother. “That’s his name. What are you doing with him?”
“Is he yours?” Diego stepped closer. The dog started to squirm the closer he got to Five and Diego put him down on the ground. The dog immediately ran over to Five and started pawing at his knees.
“Mr. Pennycrumb is a friend of mine. He’s the only source of intelligent conversation to be found in this house.” Five declared, calmly bending down to stroke at Mr. Pennycrumb’s dirty fur.
Or: Five times Five introduced Mr. Pennycrumb and the one time he didn’t have to.

Klaus flicked through a few pages without reading them, shut the book, craned his neck to look back at Ben, and mouthed, does he sleep here?
Ben shrugged helplessly. “You could ask, but….”
But Five wouldn’t answer, Klaus knew. Not yet. Convincing Five to open up took finesse. For starters, Klaus had to get him talking again, so he tossed out the first question that came to mind – “Hey, did you and Dolores break up or something?”
“Abort mission,” Ben deadpanned.
