Summary

Summary
Stiff and desperate from the cold, Simon wastes no time. He grabs the window frame, puts his toes on a bulging rock in the wall and climbs inside.
"Fuck this," he pants and falls head first onto the floor. "Were you asleep?" He looks up at where Wille's head should be and flinches.
"No, I’m awake, thanks for asking," Erik answers with an amused smile.---
Part 1 shows Simon falling right into Wilhelm's brother and father, who turn out to be very different than expected.
In Part 2, published in the spring of 2025, Wilhelm reluctantly brings Simon along for a family hike in the woods. Something strange is going on though, with Ludvig being overbearing while Erik is evasive. What is everyone hiding?

Wilhelm looked up and was surprised to see his face, younger and painfully awkward-looking, taking up the whole screen. "What were you watching?"
"Nothing. You'd hate it." Simon moved the wrapping paper onto the floor and carefully put both rings on the coffee table facing him, so they could both see them. The record was placed next to it. "We can finish that drama you liked--"
"No, come on, you skipped today to see it. What is it?" Wilhelm reached out for the remote and Simon let him, instead wrapping his arms around Wilhelm's neck and pressed a soft kiss into his hair. The guide flashed a blinding white for a moment, blinding them both, before Wilhelm could read the title of the recorded program, The Royal Couple: A Retrospective.
