Summary
When Leo takes it upon herself to go to the surface and explore the human world after saving some sailors with her dad, Foolish has to come find her and bring her back home before she gets hurt. She meets a kind human that takes care of her and shows her around the coastal city of the kingdom, but little does she know that this human is the very sailor her dad saved just a couple days prior. And little does Foolish know that he'll have to team up with this man to help find his daughter.

“What’s up?” Somewhere in the living room there’s a subtle ruckus, quiet thumps against the floor as happy giggles ring through the air. It’s a comforting sound, it’s why Quackity likes coming here.
“I’m leaving again at the end of the week. I wanted to ask you if you wanted to watch Tallulah in my absence.”

Summary
Roier wasn’t all too knowledgeable on bird hybrids. Scratch that, he didn’t know anything about bird-hybrids, they seemed to be unpredictable and loud (Phil and Quackity respectively), so when he was paired with Jaiden during the adoption of Bobby, Roier was nervous. Sharing a space with a bird hybrid was nerve wracking, especially when Roier was a spider hybrid.
Gods only know how this could end…

She never felt guilty about using her own things.
If Jaiden decided, hey, today I’m going to take all of my supplies and risk building this stupid contraption that may or may not work, then she could do it knowing failure or not, she was the only one at fault.
However, in the rush between taking care of Bobby and her sudden absence, she never got around to proper mining and ended up either behind the curve of everyone else in terms of tools, or being gifted them by Roier. When she fails, it’s Roier’s things she’s wasting.
And that… feels awful.

Summary
Phil doesn’t go into the cities anymore. Once had been enough, and he doesn’t have a death wish.
He chooses only to watch them in the distance, or pass by them from time to time as he walks. The buildings loom in the distance, their once-shining rooftops now overgrown and dull with no one to take care of them. If you get close enough, you smell the stench of rot and death. It’s a smell you can never get out of your nose, discovered one night after the initial wave where Phil tried desperately to scrub out his nose, sticking cloth and then even fingers as far up as he could to try and wash the smell out of his sinuses. It didn’t work, and the smell has stayed with him since. He tries to look past it, look past the cities, and continue walking forward. That’s what he attributes his survival to, really. The ability to look past everything, stare the dead in the eyes, and still walk on after he’s shot them in the head. They were people once, but thinking about it too much makes his hands start to shake so Phil looks past it and walks on.
(SBI zombie apocalypse AU. sort of phil-centric, but not entirely!)

You wanted Genji to find happiness, to find peace. But that wasn’t part of your job description. So you adjusted his proprioceptive sensors and helped to implant weapons into the metal of his new body and stood by as he signed his future over to Commander Reyes and the Blackwatch division.
You saw him nearly every day, and you were pretty sure he despised you. You tried not to take it personally. Your job was to help him; he didn’t have to like you for it.
Genji finally lets someone grow close to him.
