Summary
Former Addison Spamton G. Spamton has woken up in Castle Town after being defeated as Spamton NEO. Now having resigned himself to helping the Lightners cut their own strings, he tries to cope with this newfound freedom and everything it includes as he waits for their return. As this is not the freedom he originally worked for all those years in Cyber City, this new "freedom" brings up ghosts from his past in the form of old rivals, abandoned friends, lost items, and most importantly the whereabouts of the NEO body that had seemingly vanished with the sealing of the fountain.

Leo jumped a foot in the air, as Donnie’s toolbox hit the floor, halfway retracted into his shell and just barely caught himself from wiping out entirely. That should have been hilarious, except Donnie couldn’t think straight. He marched forward, heedless of the very rare and expensive tools being trampled underfoot, and met Leo’s wide blue eyes with his own glare. “What did you just say?” he demanded.

Sooo...the short of it is that Rick made a mistake. As unlikely as it was, it still happened. While trying to make more clone base, he accidentally isolated his emotions into physical forms that look identical to each other.
Or, alternatively, Morty is confused (and a little stressed), and all of the Ricks are very concerned about their grandson in their own way.
