At this point, it is not even being tied up by this week villains, in full Arsenal regalia without access to any of his weapons, while Lian babysitter has been expecting him for half an hour already. No. What's take the cake is the distinct sound of gunfire and what he recognizes as screams from the forementioned villains.
Obviously, he is saved. However, that is also obvious to Roy is that gunfire and baddies screaming points to a specific vigilante. One that Roy believes has been created as a punishment for all the sins he committed in his life.
"Well, well, well... Arsenal all tied up and ready, this is my kind of luck." Red Hood sports his usual and infuriating trademark smirk while seizing Roy up and down, casually leaning in the crates behind him and in no apparent hurry to untie Roy.
"Untie me", orders Roy with all the authority and self-respect he can muster.
"I don't know", drags Red Hood, "what's in it for me?"
