“How-” Clint gasps out a breath as Steve latches on to where Clint’s neck meets his shoulder, biting down and worrying at the skin, sucking hard enough Clint knows he’ll have a bruise later. Steve hums in question, encouraging Clint to continue.
“How many?”
Steve goes still, and pulls back to be able to see Clint’s face. “How many what?”
“Stripes. I don’t mind taking them, I know I earned them, but I’d like to know how many I’m in for. It makes it easier to handle.”
Steve’s face does something complicated, and Clint can’t figure out what the expression is.
“I’m not going to hit you, Clint.” Steve’s tone is so offended, Clint’s tempted to apologize.
“But...you said punishment.”
Steve nods, and uses his free hand to cup Clint’s face.
“That doesn’t mean I’m going to hit you, Clint.” Steve pauses, considering. “You have had punishments that didn’t involve getting hit, right?”Series

Summary
Long after the world "ended", society began to pick up the pieces with what was left after a brutal nuclear war. Pockets of societies grew and became larger, but the wastelands separates them from an all out territory war. Within the authoritarian and matriarchal swath of land known as Black's Veil, or "The Black Veil", a Medic by the name of Raleigh discovers what it really means to live outside of the sheltered and oppressive confines of his previous home, the Domed city of Caduceus. While he's managed to stubbornly stick it out the last five years in this merciless place, he can't really consider it living. Little does he know that the past five years weren't spent in vain at all, as his deeds within the Veil have not gone unnoticed. He's caught the eye of a revolutionary leader and his men, and they aim to help him make a real change within the Veil. But first, they must prove him and the Medics innocent of treason, and free him from the man who's both saved him and made his life particularly difficult.

Summary
Bucky Barnes is a Dom in a world full of ridiculous subs who all somehow end up in his care. Don't ask him how that happens, because he has no idea. But he's still pretty fond of them all
This is a mostly platonic series where Bucky became Steve's domestic Dom when they were teens, then Peggy Carter's domestic Dom after Captain America joined the war, and because he was a Dom NCO, he ended up disciplining a lot of random soldiers, too.
Then after the war and the Winter Soldier thing (which still happens in this world but he's recovered in the late 90's by Fury and Carter) he helped out at SHIELD, where he had to discipline some familiar baby SHIELD agents from time to time, and then somehow became TJ Hammond's domestic Dom. (His great nephew, of Political Animals fandom, also played by Sebastian Stan)
THEN! After TJ is kidnapped (because his mom is finally president) and recovered by one pissed-off Winter Soldier, the two of them are relocated to Atlantis (of Stargate Atlantis, because I can) for security purposes. And TJ finds his perfect man, and the series' only real ship happens.OR-
