Ever since he was a child, he’s had it all figured out – he’s meant to leave South Park – Colorado – his parents fighting and his friends in pity - all of it. He’s meant to be more than that all and he swears by it.
That’s why he vows to leave as soon as possible, lest he dies wishing for something more.
Enter, Kenny McCormick.
He’s just like Stan, messed up in ways only the two of them will understand, and he deserves an out more than anyone else.
(Too bad he’s not like Stan at all and has no interest in leaving South Park ever.)
Apparently, Stan has a death wish after all.

I’m a sucker for aged-up content and angst, so this fic was practically perfect for me. I loved the concept, divorced fics are always so appealing and fun to play with. I really enjoyed the author’s writing style, and especially the plot and characterisation.
Even though this fic is short, it has a way to grapple your attention and connect with the characters. The interactions in here feel so canon and the descriptions are absolutely wonderful!!
I recommended this fic to a friend and they said that they nearly cried :’)
Daybreak fics are extremely scarce and this was like finding a diamond in the rough,,, loved it thoroughly -
