Akutagawa's hatred for the boss of the Port Mafia runs deep, but after a routine meeting with the White Reaper, he has more reasons to be angry. Namely the fact that the Weretiger isn't that bad, and that such a kind person is stuck in a horrific situation right now because of that damn boss.

You’re just another figment of my imagination? I’ve grown bored enough to conjure a pretty little thing like you out of my mind to make life more interesting?”
A dreadful minute of silence passes before they say, “You’re not crazy.”
