Dream could feel a lopsided grin spread across his face as he looked at the boy in front of him. His gaze scanned each of George’s features, counting the individual freckles that dot his cheeks and sprinkle across the bridge of his nose, tracing the curve of his jaw and the cut of his cheekbones, staring deep into umber eyes and blown out pupils. He could feel his heartbeat quicken in his chest, butterflies coming to life in his stomach and alcohol filling his brain with fog. Through the fog, he could make out one clear, coherent thought.
“Hey George,” he said once more.
“Yes Dream?” George replied.
“Can I kiss you?”

“Thanks,” he said, belatedly, feeling that damn flush heating up his cheekbones.
Dream has an idea, and of course George gets roped into it. Now they have a double date with Karl and Sapnap, and they have to pretend to be in love, and there's no way this ends poorly – right?

Day 7: Soulmate AU and Weapons
"Who's that?" Dream heard Sapnap ask from the driver's seat.
"Bad, Sap, meet Goggles," Dream sighed. "World-class sniper, asshole criminal, and my soulmate. Apparently."
"What?" Dream heard his two teammates exclaim.
"You still have me on your file as codename Goggles?" George snickered. "Tell me you can't hunt down a sniper without telling me you can't hunt down a sniper," George mumbled sarcastically.
"Yeah okay," Dream rolled his eyes before loading his gun and shooting it in George's direction again.
The rules were very easy. Simply put, soulmates are not able to physically harm each other. Not fatally anyway. No punching, no hitting, no weapons as well including knives, guns, not even a baseball bat. Rules are still unclear about second-hand injuries like drowning and tripping, you know, convenient accidents.
Most of the time, this works out very well for people. You wouldn't want to fatally harm your soulmates.
But then again, most people weren't snipers whose soulmates are special agents that are out to get them.

Summary
