Astarion and Tav make a life for themselves beyond the end of events of the game story. They discover Astarion is being hunted by some Vampires, and other nefarious individuals. It's their new adventure to find out why and how to break the curse that is on him. Alot of action and sexy intimate romance, as well as numerous characters from the game, who will come to join them. They will also find out about their past lives together through the elven trait of Reverie.
Story is set post Baldur's Gate 3 game.
A very fluffy romance and action story around Astarion and Tav character. World building is set in the D&D universe.

The woman tilted her head. "Do you know what we just did to you?"
Astarion's eyes darted between them, perplexed by the question. What they did to him…?
That's when he noticed the Selûnite pendant around her neck. She was a cleric… had she healed him? He tried to piece together a scenario that made any sort of sense, but the details barely added up. Had these people found him? If so, why did they drag him across the city? How did they do such a thing? Why wasn't he in Harborside getting treatment? He wasn't sure exactly how severe his injuries had been, but he knew for a fact that a simple healing potion would not have done a thing to mend him back together.
"Are you… healers?" he asked.
The bearded man's mouth dropped open. "Healers—? What? No," he began to reach for him, but thought better of it and awkwardly closed his fist instead. "Astarion, it's me. Gale."
Astarion didn't recognize his name or his face in the slightest, but the way he was looking at him gave him pause.
"I… I don't…" Astarion shook his head slightly, racking his brain. "I'm sorry… Have we met before?"

It takes too much effort, but he tries to look anyway. His vision won’t focus. The person’s speaking, he thinks. Their mouth is moving insistently. He can’t even begin trying to read their lips.
They lean over him and press their hands to his chest. It hurts. He tries lifting his arms to push them away, but he can’t even feel his arms anymore. He tries mouthing the word “Stop”, hoping he can find enough air to speak. Alas, nothing comes out. And he’s so tired.
For one brief moment, his vision is clear. He can see their face. Their eyes are closed, but they glow beneath the lids. Another glow, the same pale blue, surrounds their hands. He tries to commit their face to memory: their hair, the shape of their nose, their brows. But before he can get a clear image, darkness crawls in from the edge of his vision. The last thing he is aware of before he slips away - into unconsciousness or death, he isn’t sure - is their voice, whispering spells under their breath.
