“Have you ever heard of safe or poison?”
“Can’t say that I have.” Leon was exhausted. But the little twinkle in Luis’ eye was impossible to say no to.
“Well, it’s a little game where you pick a spot on your face that’s ‘poisonous’- whether that be your lips, your nose, your eyelids, what have you- and you keep that spot a secret. Then, you get your partner to kiss every part of your face, and after each kiss, you tell them whether they’re safe or if they’ve been poisoned. Your partner does the same to you, and whoever doesn’t get poisoned first, wins.”
“Sounds complicated…” Leon stared at Luis. A man of theatrics; his Don Quixote never lost his spark or imagination even after all these years. It was one of many, many things Leon loved so dearly about him.
“Sure, what the hell. I’m down.”

Summary
Leon is sick, that much was obvious to Luis. His body’s working hard to flush the toxins from the Plagas that’d been extracted, and it left him with a nasty cold and some… unexpected side effects.

Luis thought he was back in his childhood bedroom in Valdelobos. Curled up beside his Grandfather, watching the sun rise behind the tree-lined hills.”

Luis wakes up beside Leon, and for a moment, mistakes their apartment for his childhood bedroom. Old memories get dug up by the mistake- but at least Luis has Leon to lean on and talk through his emotions with. And Leon is more than willing to hear every story his boyfriend has to tell.

Luis still got nightmares. Even after living with Leon and Chris for years now, he still couldn’t shake the memories of Valdelobos every time he slept.
…But if there was one person that got nightmares worse than him, it was their son, Matteo.

Summary
Serennedy (Luis Serra Lives AU) started off as just two fics inspired by my partners art (Let Me Show You How, and I Don’t Care, I Love You) but has slowly evolved to be an entire ever-evolving AU!! Most of these fics can be read by themselves, and the ones that can’t explicitly say so in the caption!!
The first part of this series is Love Me Like Theres No Tomorrow, and the later fics in the series (Now Or Never onwards) feature a more streamlined narrative with Leon/Luis/Chris as the focus relationship! If you JUST wanna read that AU check out the other series!!
Unless I VERY EXPLICITLY say I’m not going to be working on it anymore, always assume that this AU is continuing!!!!! It’s mostly just a place for me to put any cutesy Serennedy fic where Luis doesn’t die/anything canon-divergent (aka most of what I write) in one place BXNEHENEJS

Summary
A peaceful night of reading turns into something more when Leon comes home from a party.
“Ah, look who’s finally back.” Luis doesn’t bother to look up from his book. The only movement comes in the form of him pulling his blanket closer to himself. “How was the party?”
“Would’ve been better if you came with.” Leon admits, tapping the toe of his boot onto the mat. The snow already beginning to melt. “Other than that, it was fine.”
Luis only lets out a small hum as he hears Leon take off his shoes and coat. The world around the Spaniard slowly turning into a soft static. His eyes heavy lidded, thumb tapping against the page. He can’t be bothered to focus on anything else, that is - until the book is snatched from his hands.
“¡Oye!” Luis’s face shoots up. His brows furrowed, mouth slightly agape as his gaze fixated on the blonde. “What the hell!?”

Summary
What Leon learns when Luis suddenly gets a rescue monitor lizard is that he may be put off by harmless reptiles more than he had previously believed. It's a good thing that Luis is there to assist and defuse the situation.
Or: a headcanon about Luis owning reptiles got my brain buzzing and here's the result!

Summary
They escaped Spain, but only just barely. By the end of those somehow only two nights, it was only because the three of them; Leon, Ashley, and Luis, had taken turns carrying each other out. But they were out. And Ashley was saved. And… now no one knows what to do with the other two remaining survivors. With Leon compromised and Luis’s knowledge too valuable to lose, they’ve been shoved off, buried in a cabin somewhere, partially by sway of an especially thankful and powerful parent, assigned the very loose task to serve on standby: one to study bioweapon outbreaks and the other to serve detail should either need ever arrive. But the problem is, nestled in that little cabin tucked in the mountains, is that the need has yet arrive. A Leon/Luis domestic slow burn.
