    With the thief MK as his begrudging guide, and Mei to try to fight any threats they might face, Red Son leaves his tower and enters the world he's been hidden from.
    It's a lot nicer than Mother said.
    And what's it matter if the monkey boy is actually really sweet and makes his stomach flutter and his face turn the color of his hair?

    Stumbling blindly through Gotham's night was not how Danny expected his evening to go -- but to be fair, Vlad injecting him with blood blossom extract was also NOT how he was expecting his evening to go. So it's a night of new surprises, and really Danny just wants to get away from his godfather as soon as possible before the man catches up to him, or before the blood blossom currently coursing through his veins and eating him raw killed him.

    Vlad is a man that likes to hide in the dark, it's unfortunate for him that Danny's learned to be a thing that hides in there too. From the corner of his unfocused eye he spots a man with horns dripping in shadows, hiding in an alleyway. Danny knows a kindred spirit when he sees one.

Honestly, Damian was willing to argue for any of his other siblings to go with Father. Amity Shores was a small town, quiet and secluded from major tourists despite its crystal blue waters, coral reefs, and variety of sea life. However, the problem that Bruce Wayne and Damian Wayne, or Batman and Robin, were here for was investigating some claims that had stumbled through to the Justice League’s helpline.

    Claims that sirens overran Amity Shores. With all of that, it was no wonder that led Damian Wayne to this unfortunate circumstance.

    “Raph.” Donnie’s voice crackles through his speakers, the metal welded around his snout rumbling as his words reach him. “Check in with me?”

    It was something that they’d done the entirety of them being stuck together since the end of the world. Nothing in particular that would prompt it but Raph was sure that his brother had some sort of sixth sense for when it was needed.

    Raph rolls out his hulking shoulders, trying to undo the stiffness that settled there from wear and tear as well as age.

    He grunts. His shorthand response as he often would do. Then, he speaks.

    “Tired. Heavy. Overwhelmed.”

    None of which was an exaggeration, his emotions weighed against him like a dumbbell rested across his chest, pinning him for breath with the realisation that he had his family back; something that really had happened in the last twenty four hours.

    Currently, Leo was lying in his bed, dozing off to the sound of the rain. Tip, tap, tip tap, tip, tap- the rain had only gotten worse and worse, pouring from the skies above and almost 'angrily' pounding down the windows. It was soothing, in some way. Very nice to listen to. Succesfully silencing his thoughts, his worries- all there was was the rain. Peaceful, nice rain. Maybe he should see if Donnie could install rain sounds on his shell phone later? It seemed to help him get sleepy a lot, and if everyone else could sleep this peacefully every night-

    He was wide awake at once.

His last request: to die in their childhood home, and Raphael is going to make it happen even if he has to fight the entirety of apocalypse New York to get him there.

    Unbeknownst to Raph is that Donnie has another plan, one that will make sure he gets to stay by his brother's side for as long as he needs him. He just needs a few upgrades.

    AKA: Donnie's journey to become Donbot and the greatest testament to saying fuck you to death in order to stay with your siblings.
