He really likes the unicorn hoodie.
It’s easy not to feel embarrassed - especially since the unicorn hoodie is Leo and Sensei’s thing. True, Casey usually steals from his sensei, the hoodie more like a giant blanket on him, but still. If his teacher is tough enough to pull off a sparkling rainbow horn, then why can’t Casey?
It’s just.
The hoodie is really, really big on him. Which makes sense, since it’s made for a giant mutant turtle with a shell. The sleeves go way past Casey’s hands, the fuzzy blue fabric soft against him, the hem almost reaching his feet. It really is more of a blanket with sleeves on him.
It’s really, really big.
And he feels small.

"Are you hungry?"
Donnie paused what he was doing, the tap of his fingers against the tablet going still.
There was no sensation present in his body that could be called hunger. If anything, his body felt like it was a wisp, blended into the background of everything else. His stomach didn't exist. Hunger itself was created by the hormone ghrelin triggering the muscles to contract after a period of fasting, creating a bodily sensation meant to motivate a someone to eat. No such sensation was present, just a fuzzy blankness.
"No." Donnie answered honestly, tipping his head back down to his screen.

“I here!” Mikey exclaimed as he dropped the blanket down to reveal his bright smile.
“Oh, there he is!” Leo enthusiastically cheered. “I couldn’t find you anywhere!” Mikey laughed as he raised the blanket again, giving it a shake. “Where did Mikey go this time?”
The blanket dropped again but it fell to the ground as Mikey truly disappeared with a handful of golden sparkles floating to the ground.
“Mikey?” Leo blinked in surprise at the sudden lack of baby giggles.

Summary
You would think, after drinking an antidote for a mystic poison that his stupid siblings had purposefully ingested, that it would cure them of their illnesses and ailments. But Leo suddenly sways and falls onto the ground.
“Leo!” Panic had stricken Raph then, almost making him lose control. The slider’s skin had been hot to the touch when Raph had picked him up.
Looking up at his remaining brothers, he had noticed they also did not look as healthy as they had been half an hour ago – Donnie was clutching his stomach, breathing heavily, and Mikey was also huffing sharp breaths of pain and his limbs shook.~
Though the brothers managed to take the antidote for the poisoned Pizza Puffs, they are still suffering the aftermath of the poison and it’s symptoms. Raph takes care of them, because that’s his duty as the oldest brother.
TLDR: Leo, Mikey and Donnie are still sick after eating mystic poison. Raph takes care of them.

Oh, how Raph wished he had listened to Donnie.

They used to be close. The closest. Until Raph's smothering became... too much. And they drifted apart.
Mikey never realized just how much it hurt that he and Raph drifted away, until he ends up with an unconcious Raphael, trapped in a collapsing building, and unable to reach his brothers.

Summary
Seven months. It's been seven months since Splinter made Leonardo the new leader. It's been seven months of progressively worse arguing and now it's constant. Michelangelo's effectively moved in with Baron Draxum three weeks ago at Donnie's insistence and Splinter is always somewhere the conflict isn’t.
Donatello spends most of his time in his lab, leaving at night for some fresh air and to deal with old enemies. Someone has to, after all, and with two specific turtles refusing to leave the lair, it might as well be him.
However, one specific enemy might be growing into something more than he can handle on his own.
It’s on one of his escapes from the lair, however, that starts a whole strange chain of events. A chain of events where he finds himself very much unwillingly and begrudgingly not on his own, anymore. All thanks to a tripped motion sensor and Hypno-Potamus and Warren Stone.
Donatello's never helping anyone out of the sewer again.

“Angelo?” He calls out, trying desperately to iron out the worry in his voice; Raph’d told him once that as big brothers, you couldn’t get scared, because it’d just make them more scared.
But Donnie doesn’t think he can be brave like Raph. He’s scared now.
“Michelangelo!” He calls out louder this time. Full naming sometimes sent his brother back in his vicinity, mostly because they found it condescending and chastising. But Mikey doesn’t emerge to winge at him.
The tunnel is empty and brother-less.
Donnie’s heart is thundering hard at the inside of his chest, like it might just pop right out of his plastron. He turns back around on his heel. Maybe he slipped by him whilst he was waiting and headed further on.
Stagnant sewer water kicks up around his ankles and bare feet as he does a little half run.
Don’t panic, a voice is telling him inside his head. He can’t of gone far.
Something hot and prickly is biting at the backs of his eyes so he blinks harshly to rid the feeling. But the longer he trots along, and the longer Mikey stays gone, the awful hot feeling remains.

Restricting food, having that self-control is something Mikey can finally hold on to because yeah he didn’t ask to be a super soldier, fighting in a war him and his brothers have no part in, or feeling so much pain from the brother you love and cherish get taken away from you that making a magical portal that tears into flesh doesn’t hurt nearly as much.
OR,
Mikey develops an eating disorder after the movie but he is completely in denial about it. And would much rather take care of his brothers than himself.
