Summary
After Sam almost sees Dean die in that barn, he can't quite shake the feeling that something's going to happen if he loses sight of him. He had never wanted to be as close to his brother as now. He can't take his eyes off him. After weeks of recovery, Dean wants to go back to hunting, but Sam wants him to just stay home. He knows the way he feels about his brother is wrong, but after hell, Sam finds it difficult to remember social norms.
aka Sam is struggling after Dean's recovery and they go on a hunt together. Some monster is hunting incestuous couples and some feelings are revealed. They decided to have sex to play bait for the monster and this turns out way more emotional than they both had expected it.

Summary
Dean gets hit with a lust spell that makes him only be able to get hard over the person he looked first after getting hexed.
But the problem is that it was Sam.
The spell is potentially lethal and Dean does not want to die. His mind is completely fine, while his body is reacting in ways he doesn't want. They have very little options in how to deal with it.
The whole time, Dean is having issues with the situation while dealing with internalized homophobia.

Summary
When Castiel was homeless it took a toll on his physical, mental and emotional health. He never told Sam or Dean about it. He felt shame but he turns that shame into helping homeless people out whenever Sam and Dean are asleep, or he's not with them. He knows he shouldn't keep it a secret but he can't bring himself to tell the brothers what he's doing because then he'd have to explain how he really lived as a human.
Castiel just wants to help everyone out.
Sam and Dean are concerned that their friend is hiding something from them.
