Cyno sighed. Of course the two behind him would realize something was off and bring up the exact topic Cyno had been ignoring.
“We meet often with Alhaitham and Kaveh to play TCG,” Cyno explained.
“How often?” Paimon nagged.
“Before the artificial god incident, every other week or so,” Cyno continued to look ahead. “We haven’t met in three months, however.”
“Do you miss him?” Paimon asked.
Cyno blushed, but kept his gaze strained ahead as he walked down the desert path, hoping that the Traveler and Paimon wouldn’t see.
“Sure,” Cyno finally replied.
The truth was, of course. Yes. 100%. He’d never missed someone more in his life.

Cyno's got a lead on some stolen goods transported from Avidya forest and has to check it out, and Aether and Paimon (and Collei) are ready to set them back up and restore the time they've lost thanks to their busy schedules.

After a sudden rise to power, Tsukasa Tenma becomes the Commander of the fabled Knights of White. He must be the most noble in the land if he is to be a hero to all.
Kamishiro Rui is a social recluse - an outcasted sorcerer who learns that his magic is volatile. He has every trait of the Evil Sorcerer-type from fairytales.
When their paths cannot stop crossing, and they just simply cannot avoid each other, feelings are bound to be involved. In the end, does it really matter when 'villain' and 'love interest' overlap?

“Hmm,” Rui says. “I wouldn’t go as far to say it is a ‘need’, but, you could say it is urgent.”
Tsukasa narrows his eyes as he fixes his gaze onto the other boy. “Why do you have to make everything sound so suspicious?”
He simply smiles his signature foxy grin in return, shrugging. “Anything is urgent if I need it from Tsukasa-kun.”
“Well..” he trails off. “How do you think I love?”
(Or, a simple conversation before the starting of their relationship leads Rui to want to smother Tsukasa in love. So, he does.)

Tsukasa screeched to a stop when he was to the boy’s left. The boy’s eyes were golden. They were so pretty. He could get lost in them all day if he was allowed to.
