Summary
In ancient times, a woman who had committed the worst of the crimes against the gods was punished with an ancient curse so feared that she was the only one it was ever used on. It is said that should she ever rise, she would unleash her vengeance upon the earth. Her resting place and prison far beneath the sands of deep in the desert is guarded to this day by those sworn to ensure she never be released, no matter the cost.
Four thousand years later, a seemingly innocent relic leads Capsize and Redbeard to discover a map to the ancient city of Hamunaptra that’s said to hold all the riches of the ancient kings and the legendary Book of Life. Alongside Sonja, the soldier who originally found the relic before having it stolen from her, the two make it their mission to find the ancient city.
Unbeknownst to them, this journey is far more dangerous than they ever could’ve imagined, and their pursuits may doom not only themselves but the entire world.

Summary

Summary
Capsize had her reservations about entering the Nether that day in the first place. She could've so easily just left her brother and the champions to their plan and stayed in the overworld, though that was not truly an option. As she finds herself facing Furia, she sincerely wishes she had taken it anyway.
A single change in the scenario, a simple pull from behind, saves her live. Ending in the cost of another.

Though she agrees to take his place, she swears not to break to the monster that has taken her freedom. However, perhaps she’ll find that the Beast of the castle is less a monster than she initially could’ve ever imagined.
