Summary
Dean is a maintenance tech who travels the land fixing up Pokémon Centers in need of repair. He has always been skeptical of the professors that send ten-year-olds out into the world alone, so he never became an official trainer like Sam. He still cares deeply for Pokémon and has a beloved Eevee, Impala, who he is desperately trying to evolve into an Umbreon.
When they meet, Cas is filling in for Gabriel at his jelly doughnut shop, The Mystery Spot. He is... interesting, and has to take a lot of crap from a Lickilicky who seems more in charge than he does. Unfortunately, Dean strikes out in this encounter, but fear not, he is super effective at the post office the next day with a newly evolved Impala by his side.

College? Not on his radar. Suddenly he’s here, though – on a football scholarship and faced with the possibility that this time he might get to stay.
For someone more well-adjusted it would be a dream come true. For Dean it’s a nightmare of desperately keeping up appearances while he’s drowning in other people’s expectations.
At least until a game of Truth or Dare sends him face-first into the arms of Castiel Novak. Senior. Resident (ex-)drug dealer. Obnoxious literature major. Heavily tattooed and everything Dean is trying to leave behind.
Dean needs a favor and Castiel is all too willing to deliver. Unfortunately the offer comes with strings attached that go well beyond the fake relationship that Castiel asks for in return.

Summary
Dean Winchester's life is a mess. She's got about $10 in her wallet, an absent father who spends his time getting wasted in Atlantic City, and a brand new stack of tuition fees needing to be paid. There's also the four jobs, the bills, the fact that her one real friend won't talk to her anymore and Anna Milton driving her up the fucking walls. She just needs to wait it out until June, when she can get a real job and finally get some semblance of peace and calm.
Castielle Novak's life is perfect. She's got 4.0 GPA, practically guaranteed admission to any school of her choosing and no particular grievances to speak of. Until it all comes crashing down. Now, all she's got is an estranged older brother, a two bedroom apartment, a pile of useless uniforms, and a long list of scheduled appearances in court. All she wants is for things to go back to the way they were. But then Dean Winchester makes her way into her life, with her abrasive language, horrendous clothing and blatant disrespect for authority. And somehow, that's exactly what Castielle needs to realize that some things happen for a reason.

As much as Dean hates him for that, the longer he sticks around, the more he begins to threaten that first rule too. Dean’s been taught his whole life that those who play hockey should not be captivated by deep accented voices and the way a guy handles his stick, so how the hell is he supposed to justify what he’s starting to think about Cas?
