Then you find him. Jean stands by the closed double doors of the ballroom, surveying the room because that’s his job tonight: to watch.
Your eyes meet. Your nod is small, but he catches it. He raises his hand to his ear. “Don’t fuck it up, alright?” he says. “I’d like to be in bed by midnight.”

Summary
Frank doesn't want to spend three weeks of his summer vacation at Tranquil Maples Camp for Kids. The whole thing feels so juvenile! He's in sixth grade.
