Summary
"You don't know me!"
It was something that Angel Dust said often. The tone of the phrase varied depending on the situation; smug in response to some genuine compliment, bitter in response to a sarcastic jibe, and angrily offended following an assumption. It was obviously something that Angel Dust held as a deep-seated belief about other people. He seemed blind to the irony that someone who seemed to take pride in displaying every curve, crevice, and hole on display in every dirty mag, flashing billboard, and porn pop-up on the internet could possibly hide anything from anyone. The idea of someone who had “bared it all" professionally for over seventy years having any secrets seemed ludicrous. Angel Dust was impulsive, hedonistic, and quick-witted, with a bacchanalian predilection for addiction and pleasure. Everyone could tell that under the street smarts and sharp wit was a bruised and damaged center poorly hidden by a mask of cavalier flirting and raunchy banter within an hour of true conversation with the spider demon. His “secret” self simply wasn’t much of a secret. Everybody knew Angel Dust.
Or so everyone thought.

Angel smiles, “ If it makes you feel any better, I didn’t come over here with this intention. You intrigued me all on your own. It’s a compliment. I’m not what you’d consider a slut, Alastor. A whore would be more fitting, I guess.” Angel tilts his head, “ Right, well … since you don’t know anythin' about me, I guess some things get to be secrets until you find out for yourself.”
“ Secrets, huh?” Alastor smirks, “ Then in your words, you have also intrigued me all on your own.”
Alastor crosses paths with Angel, the former porn star turned self employed escort and Husk, the gambling overlord and Angel’s partner. The three of them find themselves in a whirlwind of complicated feelings, light jealousy, difficult conversations, and romantic entanglements. However, their bonds through it all will help each of them understand and accept parts of each other and themselves.

One day he was a skinny twerp leaking magic everywhere and teasing Peter with quotes out of the Southern Vampire series (that Peter had a no-longer-so-secret addiction to) and the next day he was back from university, having business meetings with Talia, smelling like sun-warmed tomato leaves with an undercurrent of magic, just a tiny bit taller than Peter, with wide shoulders and warm eyes and a cocky grin.

Stiles flips him off. Makes pathetic noises when all of his muscles protest at once.
A fingertip grazes his and — "Wow," Stiles breathes, dazed, as his pain begins drifting away on a cotton candy cloud of childish-shiver ecstasy. "Don't stop. Do not ever stop."
"That's quite a request. And quite a unique position to be requesting it from."
Stiles lifts his head up - with miraculous ease - and glares at the middle-finger currently cosying up to Peter's black-veined pointer. He feels dangerously close to pouting. He doesn't want to lose the werewolf-mojo, but Peter is kind of right.
Peter heaves a sigh before Stiles can come up with something probably stupid and says, "Would you like a massage, Stiles?"

You couldn’t ever let your guard down around him, lest the fucker ambush you unawares and make you scream like a freaking little girl.

Bucky Barnes has a lot of regrets. Saving the Avengers' ally, Loki and earning himself a reward from the mischievous God of Lies counts pretty high on that list. Coincidentally, mating with Steve in an army tent counts pretty low on that same list, but not as low as falling in love with Tony Stark.
In which Bucky and Steve made a regretful but necessary decision in 1934 (and again in 1943), and Bucky and Tony make a much better one in 2016.

So back off."Bucky Barnes doesn't like Tony Stark, not after what Stark had said to Steve during Project: Rebirth. So he's not exactly pleased when he's assigned to Stark's humvee during a standard SI weapons demonstration in Afghanistan. However, when the Ten Rings captures them and orders Stark to design a deadly biological weapon, Bucky begins to realize that Stark is hiding secrets he never would have expected.
