After centuries vainly spent in the Theraprism, Bill Cipher was finally recognized as a lost cause. In a wicked form of executing a death sentence he is forced to spent the end of his existence in a frail, mortal body of a creature the demon despised the most. As if that wasn't enough, he finds himself back in Gravity Falls a few months after his defeat by the Pines family. He's found half-dead by Ford, who, well, isn't too happy to see him. And really wants revenge.

I am stripping him of a majority of his powers, bestowing him with a human form, and sending him to you for rehabilitation. If anyone can get through to him, it is you, Stanford Pines.”
In which The Pines are given the responsibility of rehabilitating a demon who does not want to be redeemed and the past has never seemed so close to the present and the poison has never tasted so sweet.

Stanford and Stanley Pines return from their journey to settle down once again in Gravity Falls, but they're in for a new beginning. Bill Cipher is being transferred into their care to reconcile their differences and help overcome past grievances.
Ford and Bill come to realize that they may become closer throughout the process than originally anticipated. Delving into their unresolved issues may just bring them closer than ever. Can they truly find middle ground after the decades long rift between them?

After centuries of therapy Bill has shown no signs of progress, in fact, one might say that he got worse. Prone to violent outbursts, dissociative spells and manic episodes, he has proven himself to be a challenge even to the most competent doctors in the universe. Most methods used were quite unhelpful and the conclusions Bill's hundreds of therapists reached ranged from "danger to himself and others, must be kept under observation" to "kill it with fire, i quit this job!". So as it stands, The Axolotl has two options left:
Leave Bill Cipher to perish
or
Earth Rehabilitation
