Summary
Perihelion has a secret it keeps buried deep in its memory archives, something it only takes out to appreciate when it's completely alone. It has been content to keep this memory private, but then SecUnit comes home one day covered in dirt and oh fuck, they're going to have to have The Sex Conversation, aren't they. Shit.
TL;DR ART developed some very specific kinks as a young bot when it was undergoing repairs and SecUnit falls face-first into said kinks, much to both of their horror. Featuring HOT technician LAYING DOWN CABLE for GIANT NERD XXX CLICK NOW.

Summary
I knew that it was just because ART cared, because Three’s injury had worried it, but that didn’t make this any less stupid. The likelihood of me ending up in a situation with both my physical eyes damaged and no access to drones was nowhere near high enough to justify all of this.
Also, the lack of vision might’ve been doing horrible things to my performance reliability.

We all know the old joke: a rogue SecUnit walks into a bar. The bartender, a rogue ComfortUnit in hiding who's been having one hell of a day, takes one look at it and has a bad idea.
Really. It's a terrible idea. Dragging a rogue SecUnit home for a one night stand is probably the most dangerous thing it's ever considered.
Luckily, the rogue SecUnit in question is Three. And if Three knows one thing about itself, it's that it wants to help.
Somewhere on Preservation, there's a tiny cabin on a big homestead, where stubborn purple flowers refuse to die. In the cabin, in the aftermath, a pair of equally stubborn constructs have an idea that, just maybe, isn't terrible at all.

ART said, more cautiously than I was used to from it, This is more akin to physical touch than what you usually find tolerable.
I knew that, but I didn’t like thinking about it. It was fine.
ART took me at my word for it, and having it squish me became part of the things we did when I was anxious or plagued by stress toxins in my system. Sometimes I asked it to do it even when I was feeling okay. It was a nice feeling. At the time I thought of it as comfortable and relaxing. Without someone physically present touching me, it registered more like the pressure of being underwater, and that just didn’t repulse me like touching skin did.
It’s true that it was relaxing, but the reason I liked it so much was secretly that it felt good. I hadn’t even admitted it to myself at the time, but I kept asking ART to squeeze me, and eventually things escalated.

Summary
It’s not that I wasn’t curious, and it’s not like there wasn’t a more logical part of me that knew that this was terrible security procedure, even if I didn’t hear a peep from risk assessment (what else is new?). But on a deeper level, I knew there wasn’t any risk.
I wanted ART to prove it to me.
I wanted to go in blind and know that it wouldn’t hurt me, and that it would stop if I asked it to. I wanted to let ART in and not have to think about it.
