Aka. The Hua Yong and Shen Wen Lang are serial killers AU you didn’t know you needed. Featured cannibalism (literal and metaphorical), polycule between the leads, and Gao Tu generally having a better time than in the show because he deserves to smile even if it costs a few lives. There is gratuitous violence aplenty, but in a cotton candy bubble gum pop sort of way.

Summary
mostly post-falcon & the winter soldier, mostly focused on sam/bucky and also their relationships with other people around them/outsider pov gossip. fics are a mix of texts/interviews/social media/buzzfeed articles/in-universe fanfiction/normal fics.
everything is obsessively formatted - the texts will literally look like texts on your screen. there's a lot of snark energy, bisexual energy, new york references, and end notes that could be much shorter but are not. it's a series rather than one fic because sometimes i am not linear and it's easier for all of us if i just slot something in earlier in the series than change the chapter order.
idk, mostly my goal with this series is for people who like sam, bucky, sam/bucky, or the mcu overall to just have a good time. i love comments/kudos, but if it's making your day better/making you feel a little more seen, that's really what matters. <3

The door from the front counter opened, letting Steve in. “Ok then, the boy you wish was your boy is here. The cute Airman you think about at night with the biceps you want to, what was the quote?”
“Shut it, Stevie, he’ll hear you. Also no hair net, no kitchen, now get,” Bucky said.
Steve stayed at the door, but lowered his voice to a stage whisper, “I think it was, ‘I want those arms to crack me like a walnut.’ Do I remember correctly?”
Bucky sighed and set down the piping bag, “Shouldn’t you be pouring coffee?” He looked down at his line of eclairs. Not his best work, but better than the frosting rose disaster of last Wednesday.
“He’s sweaty and wearing basketball shorts.”
Bucky looked up from the sprinkles he was applying to the ganache, “I’m coming out, but only because these need to go in the case.”
