There was absolutely no way that Tsumiki just forgot to mention that her brother happened to be the most gorgeous man ever to grace this earth. That had to be deliberate.
Because how else was he supposed to react to that?
Tsumiki was gorgeous, sure, but she was gorgeous in a sweet, approachable way. Like, if you saw her walking down the street, you'd ask her for directions. Megumi, though? Megumi looked like he would either punch you or kiss you, depending on the situation. And, either way, it would probably be the hottest experience of your life. Either way, it was deeply unfair that someone so attractive could exist.

Summary

Even though he had reluctantly returned to the village after Kakashi’s urging, he wasn’t ready to forgive or forget.
Naruto, now 19, welcomed him back with unwavering joy as if nothing had changed. Sasuke found it infuriating and couldn't resist provoking him just to break through that cheerful facade.

Summary
It starts with a bad hair day and a night shift - and nurse Naruto, fueled by caffeine and instant ramen, trying to survive it. Then a new resident shows up: Dr. Uchiha Sasuke, brilliant, cold-eyed, and clearly not okay.
Sasuke is a depressed doctor, fighting his way back from addiction. Naruto is tired but trying to believe in care that goes deeper than protocol.
As with all my writing, this story carries a strong dose of social critique, inspired by my love for leftist literature and everyday resistance.
This story began as a one-shot written after a night shift but has grown into an ever-expanding alt-universe full of quiet intimacy, hospital politics, class tension, and queer tenderness.

Always. He lets the word permeate the air, saturating the atmosphere in its sickly sweetness. If he really thinks about it, always is just another word for forever.

It let him finally pull himself together enough to tell Naruto what he’d been building up for so long.

During the mission, Sasuke begins to give in to the possibility of having developed feelings for the person he considered his best friend. He tries to hide it, but the connection between him and Naruto becomes increasingly strange, causing him to have to make many bad decisions.
