Summary
Fights with Gansey are becoming less frequent since Ronan decided he was staying with them and never making an effort to leave. Adam wonders if it’s because Gansey doesn’t want to argue in front of him, or of it’s because of the constant chaos that seems to revolve around Ronan Lynch.
Adam's relationship with Gansey is fine. It's definitely not going to be improved by Gansey's best friend Ronan hanging around all the time.

Six years has past since Ronan and Adam broke up, leaving on the worst of circumstance. Ronan escaped to Ireland, avoiding his feelings and by doing so, avoids the whole of the Gangsey. After years of begging, Ronan finally visits his friends in New York only to find a gut-wrenching truth: Adam Parrish is getting married. Ensue, a whole heap of pining and Ronan trying his best to become a supportive friend, while facing the unavoidable fact - that he is still in love with Adam.

To be fair, Adam felt fine until he woke up that morning. It’s just a headache, now, maybe he feels a little warm, maybe his stomach is flipping a little, but it’s nothing he can’t handle.
Then he stands up.
Adam barely hears his knees crack against the tile of the bathroom before he’s vomiting, bile and water and the crackers he ate for dinner the night before.
It’s probably a bug, he probably just needs to rest, probably will be fine to go to work later.

Every day he sees a young boy bike past in the morning and again in the afternoon. He’s only seen glances of him, the glimpse of a worn backpack, shorts in the winter, and an old, rusty bike. He’s pretty and Ronan is entranced in a way he doesn’t really understand.
