Faced with an exhaustion that leaves their deceptive glamour beyond reach and concerned that the change to their appearance will impact the way Felassan looks at them, they seek reassurance and his touch.
This fic is an epilogue of sorts to "Adder's Kiss," as it directly follows those events.

Solas's world does not change when he first meets Ian, an otherwise unremarkable recruit the Herald finds in Redcliffe's Chantry. Summary
Kytharia is Zara Renata’s favourite ritual blood bag, and will be used to power the binding of a Lucanis Dellamorte to a demon at her Tevinter estate. However, even chained, a Crow and any mage are difficult to leash, and the two manage to escape in the middle of Zara’s ritual, blood soaked and vowing to return for revenge.
Freedom is an unexpected thing for them both, and neither of them know who they are outside of the roles assigned to them- that of “prodigy mage killer” and “enslaved ritual blood bag”. Yet, as they seek revenge, even knowing anything between them would be doomed from the start Lucanis and Kytharia can’t help but be drawn to each other.
