"Right. So the sort of thing you jerk it to with your pinky sticking out."
Johnny exhales a zigzag of smoke as he shakes his head. "This ain't some gluey nudie mag, V. This is feeling."
Or: While in control of V's body one night, Johnny commissions a braindance for the two of them to watch together.

Leaning heavily against the doorframe stands Johnny Silverhand. Kerry hasn’t seen Johnny in over a year, and yet he instantly knows it’s him. Johnny has come to him in so many costumes; the buzzed head and faded fatigues in two-thousand eleven, the sand-dusted nomad jacket from twenty-fifteen, the bloodshot eyes of twenty-twenty.
Johnny, bruised and blood-spattered in an old Samurai leather jacket and smelling of rain and gunpowder is an easy one to recognize; Kerry’s seen this version of him before.

They’d grown this body near from scratch, Vik had said when he woke up. V got his mind out safely after Mikoshi, dropped a truly disgusting number of eddies into growing him a body, and then dropped his consciousness inside.
Johnny holds the glasses up in his left hand. His skin is pale, sallow, greyish in color. His wrists are thin, all bone and tendon, and his knuckles stick out like a badge among gangoons. The glasses feel like they weigh twenty pounds, but when he finally puts them on, it does actually make the throbbing headache better.
“I think you look handsome, Johnny,” Misty says, then stands from her spot on the edge of the bed and makes for the door. “I’m gonna give you two some space. Maybe do a quick tarot, pray a little. You eat something and get some rest, Johnny. I’ll see you tomorrow.” With that, Misty heads out, taking the overwhelming smell of rotting flowers with her and leaving him alone with V, who sighs and stands, walking over to the little table.

Johnny didn't want to see any of this, Kerry's skinny bare chest, his legs wrapped around that guy's waist, his jeans hanging around one ankle. But it pissed him off, Kerry getting laid right now, right here, when he'd probably known that Johnny might walk in any moment. Leaving would have felt like letting Kerry win, not that Johnny knew exactly what kind of game they were playing. If they were playing a game at all.

He looked so fucking good.
“Da, Shane Hollander.” Shane fought back a shiver as his name fell from Ilya’s lips. He loved how Ilya’s voice had wrapped around the vowels, long drawn out and quiet. He wanted to hear it again and again.

“No fucking clue,” he replies, his stare dragging up the line of Rashid’s throat, over the curve of his jaw, past his mouth and up to his eyes. The boy isn’t meeting his gaze, his lashes fluttering in the direction of Daniel’s wrist. His lips are parted slightly. He looks—he looks.

Robby blinked, slamming back into his body, aware of his elevated heart rate, the sweat prickling along his lower back and at the backs of his knees, making his dress slacks clammy. "Nope," he said, because he didn't. He didn't.
