After losing to a sudden ambush by an unfamiliar face, Yuichi now found himself somewhere he'd never been before. It's unlike anywhere he's been and it's a whole new world filled with adventure. It would've been overwhelming being here solo, but luckily with new sights comes new friends. Yuichi gets to know the turtles and make his temporary stay memorable before making his way back home.
Or in other words, what if Usagi got his time in Rise like every other incarnation of the franchise? What if the formula was changed up and it featured the new descendant, Yuichi Usagi, instead? And what if there were some feelings sprinkled in?

Anything added to this series is now labeled on an indefinite hold. This means I still think about this work a lot, but I may have lost the drive to continue it, but not to the point that I completely want to drop it. Perhaps some day, when I am nostalgic enough or decide to get down and finish my works I will complete them. If they are already at a high word count and chapter completion it's most likely I really want to get back to it.

He's never wanted sex. He's never wanted love. He's never seen a problem with this.
It's taken about a century, but he's pleasantly surprised to discover that the rest of the world is finally starting to catch up with his perspective.
More than anything else, he’s pleased that these new modern attitudes have given him extra opportunities for bad puns.

"Uh, I need to tell you something." Stan fidgeted with his hands.
"Alright, shoot." Kyle gave Stan a warm smile, surprisingly happy in the dead winter that had befallen South Park.
"Uhm..." He knew he was gonna regret it. He almost would have walked away if he hadn't just gone out and said it.
"Kyle, I'm in love with you."
