Summary
"Don't go back to sleep," Dazai says, and there is a surprising hint of demand in his voice. Chuuya feels something at the end of the bed sag, signifying Dazai has finally sat down, for whatever reason he does anything.
"Wasn't gonna," Chuuya grunts. His head is swimming, and he can't think. "But why?"
He hears an intake of breath from Dazai's direction, and shifts to try and see his silhouette in the dark. "Chuuya," says Dazai, suddenly serious. "You were trying to activate Corruption in your sleep."

Hypocrite, he doesn’t say. “Well I did almost pull a machete on you,” he does say, trying to assess the damage, difficult when his patient is something already dead. “Charity would be a lot to ask.”
He is having a little difficulty thinking through the heavy, warm scent of blood filling his nostrils.
Sam tries to be good, whatever that means.

Jimmy glances around the room, eyes darting, and Sam feels almost nauseous watching him. Something that’s not Castiel is in Castiel’s body, Sam’s mind supplies in a panic, but another part of him corrects that thought: Castiel is the something. The body is back in its proper state.
The story of Jimmy Novak is Sam's worst nightmare, which is something he didn't fully consider until he was left alone in a room with the guy for an hour. Sam thinks it could've gone worse. It definitely could've gone better.

Sort of compliant with the first couple seasons of Smallville, then it does its own thing, then I horribly cannibalize the DC comics verse to bring Kon out to play.
