Summary
Lance swallows, feeling almost stupid all of a sudden. He whispers, sticking his hand out past the threshold of his porch, “it’s raining.”
There’s the sound of shuffling over the phone, the creak of metal curtain rings on their rod. Keith says, “it’s not over here.”
Lance covers his eyes with his hand; he doesn’t mean to tear up, doesn’t mean to choke on the simple fact that maybe Keith was so torn up about everything because he was worn thin as Lance through the silence, through the strange longing in that gap between them. “You’ve gotta hear me out, Keith. I’m asking you,” he murmurs, “please.”
“You’re not going to see me again,” Keith says, like it doesn't tear Lance apart to hear, "enjoy the rain. Goodnight, Lance."

Summary
Keith has always lived his life by a few simple rules that boil down to one ultimatum: never let the fey know he’s an ironblood. His eyes, however, remain fixed on Lance, and he had really hoped that the whole dry-mouth-lump-in-the-throat-heart-skipping-a-beat thing would've stopped happening when he turned, but here he is. "You don't have to breathe," He says, that ghost of a smile still fixed and the whisper of amusement in his voice.

Lance huffs as much as he can when there's a large wolf crushing his chest. "That doesn't mean it's not uncomfortable."
"You'll survive." He pats his wolf one last time before pushing to his feet. "Better luck next time, Lance."
"I'll get you one day, Keithy boy." He calls out as Keith walks away, disappearing from his vision and continuing down the path. "Just you wait."

Summary
The space family have a stowaway — an adorable little alien canine who apparently cannot go home. So, naturally, the good pupper is adopted. Mostly by Keith.
Lance (who is already well-past hating the mullet pilot prodigy) is suddenly confronted with a softer, sweeter version of the guy. Keith is unbearably gentle with their new Voltron family member. Lance can't stop seeing it.
