Summary
When Thundercracker is attacked by Skywarp after helping to prevent the destruction of a human city, things get a little out of hand: instead of crashing in New York, he ends up in Delphi.
On the other hand, Pharma already has enough problems dealing with injured miners and insubordinate staff, so seeing First Aid arrive at the medical outpost with a wounded Decepticon Seeker, intending to help him recover, is almost enough to make him lose his composure and resign on the spot.
But, once again, Pharma is nothing if not resilience wrapped in an undeniably attractive package, so, cursing the Autobots’ well-known compassion, he accepts the challenge of caring for a mech on the verge of deactivation, who has lost the will to live after realizing that the ideals of his faction are no longer as honorable as he once believed.
Somehow, the hardest part of the whole process is setting aside his prejudices and the deep disdain he feels for Decepticons.
And, to everyone's surprise at the medical outpost, a fragile friendship blossoms between the two, one that eventually transforms into a romance capable of completely altering the course of the war. -

FirstAid has had the misfortune of being trapped inside the death box. The haunted Mecha where many a pilot came out either horribly disfigured or out of their minds. Vortex.
FirstAid had to clean the cock pit of the pilots unlucky enough to be assigned to the cursed machine. So many times he’s lost count by now. Enough times by now, that he knew the stubborn creases and cracks that blood liked to stick to.
And the mecha wouldn’t… or hadn’t killed him off. Yet anyway.
(Based off @Keferon’s mecha au on Tumblr! I encourage you to read other people’s little snippets and short stories based on this au, they’re great! I had a lovely time reading them. This story would also make more sense if you do)
