Other than the previous fic in this series, where it sounds like Connor had to kill his overseer Amanda, I have never consumed anything Detroit Become Human before. I think Bendingsignpost had some fics, but I think I skipped those
I think that Connor or Hank is the player character tho. And that Amanda is the perfectionist overseer that he has to overcome
At least that's the vibe I get
Because this fic is so kind to her and really shows how Cyberlife has a stranglehold, not just on her life, but the way she views the world -
