I thought it was done, at least. I hated him. As I stared into his green eyes I knew I hated him. There was something about the deadpan look, the way his pupils stared through my body. I'd never felt such hatred, it was something deep inside my soul I couldn't describe. A gut feeling of utter despise toward someone I had no reason to. I didn't understand it nor wanted to, all I felt was a sense of urgency to destroy the man standing in front of me. His brown hair was musty and unkempt, his jacket had holes and his stubble was disgusting. He was vermin on the earth, something that needed to be discarded.
"I said all I've needed to say. You get the message, right?"
His voice was clear and calculating. His tone was uncaring and cold. I could tell just by the way he spoke he was a different man than the one I once knew. I approached him, keeping eye contact without falter.
