Buzzsaw's temporary camp, as it turned out, was only a small part of a very-not-temporary larger facility, set up for the sole purpose of luring the Dragon Club into a trap. The Dragon Club discovered that when they stumbled straight into the aforementioned trap.
And as if that wasn't bad enough, Buzzsaw's no longer working alone. In fact, he's joined up with a group of Neo-Nazis who discovered the Hidden World years before Tom did. The leader of these modern-day Dragon Hunters has developed a means to graft dragon traits onto humans and vice versa... and has decided that Tom and his friends would make perfect test subjects.
And thus begins yet another monument to my penchant for turning my favorite characters into half-dragon half-human hybrids in incredibly traumatic ways.
