After the explosive events at his commune, Viktor is captured and taken prisoner by Noxus. Revived by Apex Shimmer, subjugated to experimentation and torture, Viktor is used to develop their weapons via his link to the arcane.
Jayce finds out but is faced with a choice: to finish what he started or to find a new recourse. No matter what he chooses, Viktor is always at the center of it all.

“I was clouded by emotion,” Viktor says, slowly circling the hexcore. Jayce grits his teeth as another wave of pain passes him, this one so intense that he nearly misses what Viktor says next-
“Come and visit me. Let me show you all I have accomplished.”
Jayce’s mind is urging him to decline, his body singing for blood, for the hexcore’s destruction-
But Jayce is so very tired. And the thought of seeing Viktor again, after he’d thought he’d lost him for good… it’s too precious a moment to pass up.

The sound of her breathing mixed with the screams and chaos around her, but her eyes were fixed on one thing: Isha. The girl was aiming at Vander, her eyes shaking but determined. Ready to kill. Ready to die.
"No..." Jinx's scream was a muffled echo. She had to stop her, she had to save her. She couldn't lose her.
She narrowly dodged Vi's hand, barely a blur in the corner of her vision. Her body moved on its own, desperate, as if Zaun itself was pulling her.
And then, everything exploded. A blue flash lit up the world, followed by a wave of searing heat and pain that ripped through her body.
And then, nothing.
Silence.
Until she opened her eyes.

But, also as always, they remained as unresponsive as the night before.

“Don’t give me that look,” Jinx says abruptly, and Vi nearly startles— but Jinx is still looking at the kid, Isha, all but turned away from Vi herself. “Did I teach you how to be greedy?”
Isha frowns, and she peeks around Jinx’s frame to peer at Vi. For a moment, Vi stares almost stupidly at a pair of wide brown eyes, before the girl draws her lips and turns back to Jinx, gesturing vaguely in Vi’s direction.
“Oh, is that so?” Jinx snorts, shaking her head with a wrinkle of her nose so familiar Vi exhales sharply to keep herself quiet. “Traitor. Fine, fine, but get me one too, okay?”
Isha smiles, and she stands clumsily, tipping her hat with shy eyes at Vi before she darts off, easily disappearing in the chaos of the commune.

“I don’t want to hear anything you have to say.” Even as he clings to it, the anger bleeds out of him. Viktor is very close, and Jayce can feel the shivering power in his fingertips. The burning heat in Jayce’s wrist dissipates.
The corner of Viktor’s mouth quirks up in a facsimile of a smile.
“You’re lying.” Viktor says, and draws his hand away from where it was clutching Jayce’s face. Viktor stands, and Jayce, held down on his knees, looks up at his newly imposing form. The position is… compromising. Ridiculously, Jayce feels heat rush to his face. “You are far too clever to not be curious. Not to mention to turn down being gifted a strategic advantage like this.”
“Fine, then.” Jayce grunts out. “Show me, Herald.”After the events of episode six, Viktor comes back different. And he traps Jayce in a compromising position.
