Summary
Asher is a young man who was left by his fiancé three years ago. Firstly, he thought he had done nothing wrong for his fiancé to leave, but everyday makes him feel more guilty of something he didn't do.
Now, for him, every day is just another motion to live through; up until recently, where he is now struck with a mysterious figure.
In a hopeless attempt to break through his monotone routine, he decides to go on a trip to the planet where the Planter of Memories lives—the public area of the Garden of the Beauty and the Past. On his last day of his vacation, he is emotionally ambushed and harmed by an elusive woman by being forced to relive his worst memories. He can't find the reason why this happened.
After his trip, this happens on every planet he steps onto. Asher is now deeply troubled with such a burden, so he does something impulsive—he will find his ex-fiancé—a top-tier detective and hunter widely known across the cosmos. It's his last chance to ever go back to his normal, and boring life.
But he also knows that fixing everything with his fiancé is the only anchor to find something worth living.

Loam-scented, brushed with dust, and the most significant few inches taller than Adam.
“Can’t possibly be from watching me,” Ronan’s glance on Adam is meaningful, “screwing in a lightbulb–”
Ronan replaces a light bulb in the Barns; Adam's back for fall break; Anything's attractive if the right person is doing it.

The name "Dough Bros" was not meant to be, but it stuck because it was named by stubborn guests with "good" intentions, who kept coming back despite the chaos, it was essentially named by neither of them, because they kept fighting over what they wanted the name to be, Brodrick was waiting for them to settle on a perfect name of his choice that they'd ultimately agree they "both" liked, and Romeo kept taking initiative, with trial, and error, naming it something new every five minutes, but it never felt "theirs" Romeo feels like it caters to Brodrick too much as he gets the center stage, and Brodrick hates how informal it is and feels like it isn't a good depiction of his more prestigious full name....
Even their own names are a constant source of tension...
Brodrick, people call him Brody, Brod, even the occasional Rick! He hates all three. His name is Brodrick.
Romeo, people call him that and only that, he desperately wants a nickname, and he keeps trying to create them, none that stick, they feel forced.
Brodrick wants purity & tradition. Romeo wants bravery & reinvention.
