The first time it happens, it’s a cup of coffee on top of Sharie’s coffee shop. Or, rather, it’s a cup of coffee Matt knows instinctively is from Sharie’s on top of the building Sharie’s sits at the ground floor of.
There are weirder things than a fresh cup of coffee on a rooftop at night all by itself.
Matt’s wary, of course. He sniffs it extra good, and can smell Sharie’s coconut perfume and vanilla deodorant. She made this cup herself and left it here.

Bucky is the leader of SHIELD STRIKE team Five. Steve is a new member. He's friendly with everyone on the team, though they're not close since he's still extremely new. They all give him shit for essentially being America's favourite chorus girl but it's all in good fun.
But then a mission comes up where Steve has to go undercover as a male stripper and the team has to virtually monitor his room where he entertains clients. They all end up being mesmerized by Steve's little strip tease and absolutely CANNOT stand to be around him after the mission because- fuck that was hot Rogers!

He nodded, the words stuck on his tongue. "Promise." He could see the relief in her eyes at the response. It was so empty and monotone, but she'd accept it because it was the first word he'd spoken all day.
These days Peter was as monosyllabic as he could possibly get away with. He answered questions when asked, albeit in succinct answers, because he was raised to, and it was expected of him. Otherwise, he kept to himself, slowly saying less with each passing day. What was there to say? Uncle Ben was dead. One by one the people he loved most were being taken from him. May said they were in a better place, heaven, she'd claimed, but Peter wasn't foolish, even at ten he knew that God hadn't claimed his family, he'd stolen them. He didn't know why, maybe it was some cosmic game or a cruel twist of fate. Either way, he blamed God.

It's September 2023, and Matt Murdock's life is pretty good. He spends most of his time working as a lawyer with his friends Foggy and Karen at their law firm. Matt ventures out as Daredevil regularly to keep his beloved Hell's Kitchen safe, especially with the Kingpin rebuilding his empire after managing to get out out jail a few years earlier.
One evening Daredevil stumbles upon two roided-out people running down 9th Avenue and a creature who, although seemingly benign, strongly resembles a werewolf. The wolfman is interested in the strange bodybuilders, and Matt is curious about all three. His investigation leads to more unusual people and the Kingpin's latest machinations.
Neither the Hawkeye or She-Hulk TV series nor the Werewolf By Night special have yet occurred.
This story takes place six months after my AU Moon Knight season two fic "What You Wish For" ends. You don't need to read it to follow this story.
