Love is a loaded word, weighed down by expectations of morality, by responsibilities of family, religion and society.
When Syira and Iraq first confessed their feelings for each other neither wanted to risk upsetting the delicate balance of power in the region, or offending their fellow Muslims. In the end, however, there is simply too strong an attraction between the two countries. Being together is simply the right thing to do, regardless of what anyone else thinks.
