With a deep sigh, David glances up to the ceiling, gnawing on his bottom lip for a moment. “I don’t think that Jack and I will see it in our lifetime,” He says softly, carefully, “but… perhaps things will change in yours.”
“They ain’t gonna be able to keep us hidden forever,” Jack explains with a soft grin, laced with decades of exhaustion from doing just that: hiding. “There’s too many of us. And if there’s lots of us now, then who’s to say there ain’t gonna be more in the future?”

Summary
A tragedy occurs in the Jacobs family, preventing David and Sarah from getting into college. As much as Davey adores his family, he can't stand the feeling of guilt anymore and packs up his life to move to a small but lively village in the English countryside. Jack Kelly, who had no interest of attending college, spontaneously follows him out of the country, accidentally forcing his friend, Antonio, into it. The three of them eventually make themselves at home. Soon they notice strange things happening in the town, and are curious to investigate.
This is inspired Agatha Christie's Miss Marple series of books.
