Watching the tiefling just exist made Beau feel incredibly warm inside, in a way she'd never thought she'd ever get the privilege to feel. The Nein had certainly helped her regain some confidence in her life since she'd met them, but no one was better at making her feel like herself than Jester.

Shaking herself of the thought, searching for something else to occupy her mind, she remembered something Jester had broached to her months ago. Something she'd thought very hard about in the time since.
