Summary
Sans had gotten used to them resetting after a while. Eventually, it became almost a routine of sorts: they’d get bored half-way through, RESET, and redo everything all over again, whether they chose to show MERCY or FIGHT that time. Sometimes it was after getting monsters to the surface, other times it was before. It seemed they were never satisfied.
But one day, things are different. One day, they fail to appear like they always had; in their place is a ghost, similar to them but far more different. They claim the other has disappeared, without so much as a trace.
And Sans is left to wonder if he’ll ever see the kid again.

Summary
You know, when one dies they expect to be brought to a place somewhere else; another plane that would supposedly to be their heaven or hell or whatever they think the afterlife is.
When he died, he expected hell, or even limbo, heaven probably was out of his grasp even with that bizarre stunt he last pulled; not meeting a familiar melting figure in the void of death and reincarnating as a flaming baby.
His memories have blurred, he can't remember much of his personal life but what he does remember was playing a certain game before things went to hell. Now in his new life, he has to deal with being an entirely different species, a protective incendiary older brother, the ghosts of children, a psychotic flower too curious for his own good with a matching teenage ghost that fully reawakens when Frisk falls and a new sense of pyromania.
Things had gotten worser and weirder when and after The Accident happens. And Gaster was not making things easier for the both of them. Nothing is making sense but at least when the resets happen he'll have Sans as understanding company; now if only the skeleton would stop being weird.

Chara is completely fine with watching their world come to ruin over and over again. Even if those are the people they loved dying over and over again. Even if that is their mother sobbing as her body fades away, or their father not even being allowed his last words, or the vestiges of their dead brother sobbing as he is crushed into nothing.
It is their job to narrate, after all. Even if this pathological facade of theirs is unnatural, it would be improper of them to let their true feelings through, wouldn't it?

Chara gets tired of watching everyone they've ever cared about die, punctuated with Icarus metaphors stretched further than the original myth allows (and a reference to a GHOST and Pals song, because I could not resist).

In which Kris (not from a world like deltarune, but one with similar people and magic) falls down into the ruins and has to live with Chara, Frisk and Toriel.Chara is well... Chara, and a bit of a bully. Frisk is straight chilling. Kris is a very strange teen.
Flowey makes an appearance, and catalyses the build up to a Fight between Chara and Kris, resulting in all three children being thrown into the outer Underground.
