A sharp force knocked the strength out of Jerry, sending him tumbling back against the nearby wall with a frightened gasp.
"Ralph doesn't like guests."
Staring intently into his very gaze, a slightly larger android model leaned over him, keeping Jerry upright against the wall. Quivering, and oddly fearsome as it struck his LED into a vermilion hue. With a knife stuck against his throat, it evoked a sense of panic within the android. One wrong move and he'd be nothing but scrap in a pool of thirium.
Yet, all the EM400 model could do was stare at his attacker, paralysed with nothing but pure fear. His jade pupils stared, stunned to the spot. Shaking in fear, he could only look at them in astonishment at the sudden attack. -

A really good story with a pretty unique plot.
You don't often see Connor/Gavin done this way, and it's really engaging, though if you're looking for a romantic pairing for Gavin you'll be disappointed in the long run.
RK900 isn't used too much throughout the story, it is mostly focused on Reed and Connor. Their story is very action packed in places, and deals with a lot of dark themes.
I found it to be very well written, and I liked the characterisations of all involved.
