There are no Kraang, there's no Shredder, and there are mutants everywhere! If that wasn't enough, it becomes evidently clear that Michelangelo isn't the only mutant turtle in the area.

"I have something I wanna show you.” Donnie exclaimed. Donnie grabbed Leo’s hand and pulled him out of the room and into the hallway. Donnie had to shush Leo a few times, but they made it into Donnie's lab with no one discovering them.
“Do the magic!” Leo said immediately after the door clicked shut behind them. He was almost jumping up and down in excitement.
“Just wait, Leo.” Donnie grabbed his purple goggles, and then gave Leo his blue ones. Donnie then led Leo to a table where a small purple robot laid.
“Nardo, meet Shelldon.”

Uno limped as fast as he could to the tank, his younger siblings were in there. He yelled for them, or at least tried to. The only thing that came out was a muffled trill. The ringing in his ears never stopped.
“guys!” Uno shouted desperately, “get outta there!”
The fire spread too quickly. It swung around every entrance, blocking Unos rescue.
There was a tinge from the engine. Uno didn't hear it. His ears were not settling fast enough. He kept limping forward, pressing onward burns wouldn't hurt him if he had his siblings.
The tinge grew louder, but Uno didn't hear it.
The engine blew, and a loud explosion rang through Unos ears as the fire carried him further from his family.

Or in other words, Uno and his siblings are transported to the Rise universe
