Harry Du Bois is thirty-one years old, and the happiest he's ever been. Sure, he drinks excessively, works for the 'bloody murder unit' and is losing the physique he worked so hard for as a gym teacher. But he's dating the love of his life, finally found his purpose, and is stable, finally, after years of treading water. But he still has urges. Life, the good life, is stiffling.
So occasionally, he retreats back into the underground, and allows the animal in him to dance to disco music.Series

After solving the mistery of the Hanged Man, Kim Kitsuragi is recruited by Harrier du Bois to join Precint 41 after spending a week in close contact after his sudden memory loss, having been saved by Harrier in the most tense of times, in the final confrontation between the Mercenaries and the Hardie Boys.
The paperwork has been finished, and the transfer between precints has been completed, but Harrier still has not been the exact same person he once was. His memory did not return in complete, blanks still needed to be filled, and to say the least, the whole situation with Jean Vicquemare had not been resolved.Harrier wants to change, be a new person. The old Harrier has died, he thinks, for good, but it'll be a long way to go. Step by step.
