Summary
Pokémon Reset Bloodlines by Crossoverpairinglover AKA KrspaceT begins with Cyrus (who's gained control of the strands of reality) dismantling the universe to create his world without spirit. However, Arceus is able to save Ash Ketchum, and sends him back to the day he started his journey so he can prevent this from happening.
After waking up, Ash learns that Arceus was unable to recreate the world exactly as it was, so there are numerous unintended changes: Ash is now 15 years old, actually kept in contact with Serena, and is one of only two people from Pallet Town to earn a Pokémon license. Perhaps most important of all, he's now a bloodliner, which is essentially a human with Pokémon-related abilities. He retains his memories from the old timeline and is able to restore his Pokémon's own memories, but cannot do so with their physical abilities, meaning he has to retread old ground while figuring out the laws of this new timeline.
Like many stories, it has a romantic subplot, but this one is relatively unusual. This is a harem fic, and Ash will have six girlfriends. However, this will only happen after a lot of time and soul-searching for everybody involved.

ash has finally arrived in kalos, the region of beauty, flashing lights, and a disquieting history— and he's bright-eyed and ready to seize the day! he's [dead] serious about winning the league this time, and nothing is gonna stop him. this naturally draws in other people, namely the young inventor clemont (who's totally not someone important at all!), his younger sister Bonnie (who wants too many things to even start, don't even go there—) and new trainer serena (who totally wasn't running away from home or anything!). the group travel their way around the region, meeting new rivals and new strategies, different dreams and the many pathways to get there, a strange phenomena along with a hidden group making themselves known, and maybe even a version of themselves that they can be proud of.
life, death, and everything in-between. the forest is watching you, a strange aura follows along closely and there's going to be a point where you've gotta choose.

Summary
XY Ash is probably my favorite version of the character. He’s hot, strong, confident, cool, kind, and heroic. He’s always praising his Pokémon and friends. Truly a shonen protagonist. He’s the most mature version of the character too, and I try to incorporate parts of his personality and appearance whenever he’s portrayed in my stories. That said, Ash has come a long way as a character, and it’s nice to sometimes include the less mature side of him.
In this story, Ash agrees to help his friend Sanpei with knot practice, not realizing exactly what he’s getting himself into.

Summary
To be sure today was a bore. Nothing exciting was happening. Even after Ash went through his usual regimen with Greninja, Talonflame, Noiverne, Hawlucha, and his partner since the beginning in Kanto: Pikachu. They'd already sent Team Rocket flying into the sky with a powerful Thunderbolt from Pikachu. Clemont had already blown up an invention. It just seemed so routine. Greninja was beginning to wonder what would break the monotony. Or if anything would brighten the idea when he caught a whiff of something on the air. A smell he knew well, though he often ignored it.
This time, though that scent was mingled with the scents of two friends. Sanpei and his Gekkouga. That couldn't be right, though. There wasn't any way a Pokémon and its master could do that. He briefly drew upon his link with Ash, told him where he was going, trying to keep the reasoning behind it hidden, and used his great speed to appear as though he vanished.
