Techno crumpled the letter in his hands into a ball, shoving it inside his coat’s pocket. The smooth leather made his hands itch, he flexed them to try and get rid of the feeling.
He readjusted the gas mask covering his face, making sure the straps were snug against his head.
The concrete was slick, water coating it from the morning “dew.” An everyday procedure that the cities didn’t take lightly. Mostly to clean off dirt and other things. Dim lights illuminated the streets, it was early in the morning and the city tried it’s best to replicate some form of a day-night cycle.
He’d talked to Phil for a while about the letter, picking his father’s mind about his thoughts and opinions on the matter. While he didn’t want to bother the older man too much, due to his now mostly sleep-deprived nature and his responsibilities in the City Council, he didn’t have many to talk to about the matters at hand.

A gang making themselves to be the most known in the country quickly. The gang run by Dream who is dead set on making everyone break into chaos and get the former president to suffer for what he did to the nation.
